This fabulous swing coat was made by Christian Dior, most likely in the 80s. Dior has utilized the both the swing coat silhouette (most notably when Yves Saint Laurent designed for the house) and polka dot patterns in their designs throughout the years. Made from silk satin, it features a black polka dot motif, dolman sleeves and a wide swing hem.
Perfect for the upcoming party and holiday season, this coat most definitely makes a statement and is so easy to wear and style!
No content or care label; dry clean recommended. Fully lined and fastens with one button at the collar and several hidden buttons under the placket.
Tagged size 10. Approximate measurements: shoulders – 17in, bust – 40in, waist – 44in, hips – 50in, sleeve length – 23in, shoulder to hem length – 42in. Note that the bottom hem circumference is a voluminous 58in.
Preowned/vintage with some signs of use & prior wear: some minor darkening around the interior neckline and to the front collar edges.
