The item offered is a nice quality vintage Louis XVI style gold gilt carved wood French style fauteuil chair. It has an ivory-white quilted upholstered seat and back. It has an aged distressed gold finish on the carved wood. It is a nice wide chair with lots of carved details and it is very clean. It is a nice quality built side chair that will work in many different rooms and settings. It has been reupholstered in, approximately, the last 5 years and the fabric is in nice condition. The fabric has a nice tight quilted pattern with double-corded trim.
