Vintage Design
William Katavolos, together with Douglas Kelley & Ross Littell, designed the iconic model 3LC or T-chair for Laverne International in 1952. The T-chair is exhibited in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
On this chair, the black deck-dyed leather of the seat, which is natural brown on the back, is attached to a chromed tubular steel frame constructing an unusual three-legged chair.
