Preowned, vintage Bonnie Cashin for Coach Chunky Tote bag, likely made in the mid 1960s. Made from tan grained leather, it features a wide kiss lock pocket in front and a roomy interior with one zip pocket, all lined in Bonnie’s signature striped fabric.
A wonderful vintage tote bag that holds a bunch – and looks retro cool, too!
Made in the USA. Pre-creed with black metal Coach tag. Approximate measurements: 11in L x 7.5in H x 3in D with a 6in handle drop. No hang tag.
Preowned/vintage (50+ yrs old) with signs of age, use and prior wear: the exterior shows some rubs, marks and spots, most obvious to the handles (photo 10 for example), bag bottom and edges of bag (photo 11 for examples). The interior is clean. The kiss lock hardware shows some scratching.
All-in-all this is a rare, hard to find bag that displays nicely – but is definitely not for someone seeking a pristine vintage bag!
