Elegant Louis XVI style buffet, topped with a magnificent bize breach marble from Hautes-Pyrénées, and sporting a throat.
Composed of thuya and mahogany magnifying glass, sublimated by inlays of rosewood net and lemon tree in various places, it opens on the front by a drawer with a chiseled bronze ring handle and pearl macaroon. Below, two doors garnished with vertical bronze entrances, one of which has a key activating a brass lock with a so -called “high and low” closure, in working order, discover a spacious mahogany interior with a shelf on full length.
This piece of furniture is based on upholstered mahogany uprights in the upper part of bronze falls, ending with foot in sheaths with hoof of the same alloy.
The sides, with curved lines, wear the same inlays of precious wood on mahogany and the magnifying glass of Thuya.
This buffet will seduce with the refinement of its Louis XVI style, and by the balance of the essences that compose it: the clear shade of Thuya’s magnifying glass gives it a modernist aspect, which will be perfectly part of the current decorations.
