Preowned, vintage Hermes leather card game case with score card and playing cards designed by AM Cassandre, likely made in the late 70s, early 80s. Made from a burgundy-hued box leather, it fastens with a leather tab and opens to reveal a two-set card holder, a pen holder and a compartment for a score card. Note that this set includes two decks of Hermes playing cards, designed by graphic artist A.M. Cassandre, and one leather-bound Hermes game score pad.

Stamped Hermes Paris and Made in France for Neiman Marcus Co. There is no blind stamp or makers mark.
Please note that the case is heat stamped with a former owners name as shown in image 12 (close up).
Approximate measurements: 8in L x 4in H x 1.5in D. Each card deck has 55 cards (52 Playing Cards, 2 Joker Cards and one card which credits the artist and printer (“Composed By AM Cassandre For Hermes Paris This Card Game Was Printed By Dreaeger-Freres”).
