Large South German Biedermeier Walnut Dining or Centre Table, 1825

Stunning large biedermeier south german round table circa 1825 a highly collectible and good looking table, the best part of 200 years old and the timber patina is simply glorious. Its quarter cut walnut, the base is almost if not more beautiful than the top I had this imported personally from germany, it came from a specialist sale of very high end biedermeier furniture, this was one of the star pieces it’s a good size to use as a four person dining table, you could squeeze up to six if needs be, its intended purpose was as a large centre table, think of a grand entrance hallway with this in the middle with a vase and flowers in the middle condition wise we have cleaned waxed and polished it, there are some small patches of timber missing around the trim and the top has been touched up in a few places. I can have this fully restored to include missing timber replaces and a wash back and french polish, for a price please ask.
